Born 1938. Married 39 years. 5 children and 5 grandchildren. Left school at 14. Odd jobs. Began my own textile business in 1968. Sold it in the 1980's. Returned to full-time higher education. Gained BA Hon. in 1990 and Post-Grad in the Education of Adults (PGCEA) IN 1992. Worked in education developing and faciliating leadership programmes for head teachers. Retired. However, continuing with my research into the area of leadership and shared learning regarding social and organizational sustainability.
