The the purpose of Leadership and Learning Pathways (LLP) is that the understanding and adoption of leadership and shared learning will contribute to the building of more successful and sustainable business, educational, social and organisational environments that will help to make life less stressful and much more productive and satisfying.
Over the past two decades LLP has continued its research relating to leadership and its exercise regarding development. The result being that LLP’s understanding of leadership and learning has evolved to the extent that it now challenges much of the present orthodoxy espoused by schools of leadership, business schools, organisational consultancies, the media etc.
The reality is that the structures that exist throughout much of the business, educational, social and organisational environments are not receptive to the changes needed in order to generate long-term success.
The overall purpose of Leadership and Learning Pathways is to advance the idea that via the exercise of leadership and shared learning together people can change things for the better.
